Our beginner Ladies Class is a relaxed, supportive space to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with zero pressure and no experience needed. We focus on the basics, moving at a comfortable pace, learning practical techniques, and building confidence in a fun, friendly environment.
Expect lots of guidance, laughs, and encouragement - this class is about learning, feeling strong, and enjoying the process together. Come as you are, give it a go, and see what you’re capable of!

This session is aimed at our intermediate and advanced crew and has a higher pace and intensity. It’s not a fundamentals class, but everyone is welcome if you’re keen to challenge yourself and jump in. Expect a good sweat, solid rounds, and plenty of help from coaches and training partners along the way.
Short on time but still want to train? Lunch Breakers is a fast, efficient 30-minute session designed for people squeezing jiu jitsu into their lunch break. We get straight into it with focused drilling and/or rounds so you can make the most of your time on the mats.
Shower available at the gym so you can clean up, reset, and head straight back to the daily grind feeling better than when you left. Quick, effective, and no mucking around.
A fun, high-energy class focused on movement, coordination, and confidence. We play games, learn basic jiu jitsu skills, and help kids get comfortable on the mats - all in a safe, positive environment. Lots of smiles, lots of movement, and heaps of encouragement!
Parents are encouraged to get on the mats with their kids in this family focused session.
